Shipping: Prints are dispatched from production centres in the UK, Germany and USA. Therefore, for dispatches to the UK, EU and USA, VAT/tariffs/customs duties will not be charged. However these rules are subject to change locally without notice, and all packages may be assessed for import or customs fees or local VAT, depending on the laws of individual countries, particularly those not in the areas named above. I am not able to take responsibility for individual duties or local taxes. If in doubt, please check with your local customs office for tax rates and import fees.
Prints are shipped, with tracking, in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. All materials are fully sustainable, and this is a 100% end-to-end carbon neutral service. Please allow 3 working days for the production and dispatch of the prints. Shipping is expected to take 1-2 days in the UK/Germany, 1-3 to the EU, 2-4 to the EEA, 2-5 days to the US and Canada, and 2-10 days to the ROW.
